How to redeem Dongguan Bank credit card points

There are two ways to redeem Dongguan Bank credit card points. The first method is to log in to the Dongguan Bank Credit Card Points Redemption Platform, select the product you like, and then call the bank to apply for redemption. If the application is successful, the points will be deducted immediately. For the second method, you can also call Dongguan Bank’s 24-hour customer service hotline 96228 to apply for exchange.

Dongguan Bank Credit Card Points Redemption Rules:

1. Points gift redemption is only available to the principal cardholder. Points from different credit cards under the same credit card account will be redeemed at the time of redemption. For combined use, cardholders can also use the points transfer function to combine points from different credit card accounts.

2. Once accepted, all redemption applications cannot be canceled or changed. The required redemption points will be deducted from the designated account and listed on the next statement.

3. The gift delivery address will default to the cardholder's billing address. If you want to change the delivery address, you must call the customer service hotline to modify the billing address before applying for redemption.

4. After submitting the redemption application, the gift will be delivered within 15 working days unless there are special circumstances. It is necessary to keep the contact number open so that the delivery personnel can contact the delivery staff.

5. If the gift delivery fails due to personal reasons such as incorrect delivery address, incorrect communication method, overdue collection, etc., the holder must proactively call to inquire within 45 days of applying for redemption. You can request re-delivery, and secondary delivery fees will be charged according to domestic post office or express company standards. If there is no reflection of unsuccessful delivery more than 45 days after redeeming the gift, and the gift is not returned, it will be regarded as successful delivery. If you still cannot contact to change the delivery address after more than 60 days after redeeming the gift, the points redemption will be deemed to be cancelled, and the deducted redemption points will be returned to the cardholder's account. If you need to redeem it again, you need to resubmit the application.
