1. Online banking modification: you can log in to the online banking creditcard.bankcomm.com password management page to set the transaction password. If it is an online payment password, you can log in to online banking with SMS password or certificate authentication. In the online payment management menu under customer service, click the "Modify" button in the "Online Payment" column, and then check "Reset Credit Card Online Payment Password" in the maintenance page.
2. Telephone modification: Call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card, select the set transaction password menu, and set your transaction password according to the voice prompts. Your new password takes effect immediately.
3. Counter modification: You can bring your ID card, credit card and other related documents to any branch of Bank of Communications for modification.
Tips: If the transaction password is entered incorrectly for 6 times, the card will be automatically locked and cannot be used. If you forget the password, you can reset the transaction password as described above.
