You can check it in online banking.

Log in to the official website of the bank's credit card center, select "Card Application Progress" under the "Credit Card Application" category in the navigation, and then enter the ID number according to the prompts to check the progress of the credit card you applied for.

If you cannot check the progress online, you can also call the bank’s customer service number to check.
