Sonise Card recharge, card replacement, redemption, loss report:

1. Recharge

a) Sodis Card recharge is only available to Name cards are provided.

b) Sodis Card can only be recharged by cash or bank transfer (except credit card).

c) Once the recharge business is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled.

d) The funds in the Sodis card after recharging shall not exceed 5,000 yuan.

2. Change the card

a) The Sodexo card is a non-recycling card, and there is no deposit in the card. If you change the card, you need to return it to Sodexo, which will be paid by Sodexo. Si is responsible for transferring the amount in the card to the new card.

b) If the Sodexo card cannot be used normally and it is confirmed after inspection that the card is damaged by non-human factors or natural wear and tear, Sodexo will provide a free card replacement service. If the Sodexo card is damaged due to human factors or natural wear and tear, Sodexo will charge the cardholder a replacement service fee.

3. If the cardholder redeems the Sodexo registered card, the following conditions must be met:

a) 3 months have passed since the date of application;

b) The cardholder presents the Sodexo card and the valid identity documents of the cardholder and card purchaser. If the redemption is carried out by another person on behalf of another person, the valid identity documents of both the agent and the principal shall be presented at the same time. Sodis cards purchased by a unit can only be redeemed by the unit.

c) To redeem a Sodexo card, bank transfer should be used, and Sodexo will refund the redemption funds to the bank account of the original card purchaser. If the card is purchased with cash or the bank account of the original card purchaser has been cancelled, the redemption funds shall be refunded to the corporate or personal bank account provided by the cardholder with the same name as the card purchaser. If the redemption amount of a single Sodis card is less than 100 yuan, cash can be used.

d) When handling the redemption business, the corresponding redemption fee will be charged based on the balance in the Sodis card. For details, please see the service fee catalog.

4. Report loss

a) When the Sodis card is lost, the cardholder can report the loss and apply for a new card. Cardholders need to report the loss through the Sodexo customer service hotline 400 920 6001 or go to a Sodexo outlet. It will take effect 24 hours after the loss is reported, and the cardholder shall be responsible for any transaction losses during the period before the loss is reported; any transaction losses incurred after 24 hours shall be borne by Sodexo.

b) The cardholder must report the loss himself and provide the cardholder’s identity certificate provided when applying for the Sodexo card, as well as the card number of the card reported lost.

c) To apply for a new card, Sodexo will charge corresponding card replacement service fees.

d) Due to the integrity of transaction data, in principle Sodexo will deliver the new card within 7 working days.
