Methods to complain about bank irregularities in credit card processing:
1. Complain to the customer service hotline of the bank’s credit card center.
2. Complain to the bank’s customer service hotline (generally, credit cards are a sub-department of the bank and are under the jurisdiction of the head office).
3. Complain to the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
The role of the China Banking Regulatory Commission is to supervise banks to resolve matters quickly and give a satisfactory answer, but will not directly intervene in the matter. However, with the intervention of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, banks will also know how to do it. If it really doesn't work at the bank, go to the China Banking Regulatory Commission.
Using credit cards has become a common way of consumption. Some cardholders have misunderstandings about the understanding and use of credit cards. They do not know how to use credit cards correctly and safely, or do not know how to use credit cards correctly and safely, or do not understand the behavior of overdue repayments. Having a chance mentality will not only create a negative impression on personal loans and credit evaluations, but may even inadvertently touch the bottom line of the law and pay a heavy price. You can complain to the customer service hotline of the bank that handles your credit card. If your complaint is not resolved, you can complain to the Banking Regulatory Bureau or the government hotline 12345.
