If you no longer use Zheshang Bank's ETC business, you can cancel the contract with the ETC special card at the "one-stop" Zheshang Bank outlet.

Please provide the original and photocopy of my ID card, original and photocopy of vehicle driving license, ETC special card and OBU equipment, and fill in the Application Form for Exchange/Return/Loss Report/Replacement/Cancellation of ETC Card of Zhejiang Bank XX Branch.

After the termination of ETC, our bank will take back all OBU equipment and ETC special cards of the terminated customers.

The deposit will be returned to the user account within three days.
