The fourth week

1. Internship content and completion status

The fourth week’s work includes: studying at the bank business department to understand the bank’s basic business and its process. Learn the bank's personal financial business process, customer data entry and use of the Agricultural Bank of China credit management system, which mainly includes the following aspects: using the Agricultural Bank of China credit management system to handle bank credit card business, such as opening customer accounts for various types of credit cards, credit cards, etc. Information approval (including basic information entry, customer credit investigation, etc.) and credit card fund freezing and termination; bank home purchase loan business, such as mortgage customer file entry, bank account flow inquiry, property income certificate, personal real estate loan application form Approval, customer credit investigation, formulation and signing of personal home purchase guarantee contracts, etc.

1. Internship content and completion status

The work of the fifth week includes: still further learning in the sales department. Last week, I mainly learned the operation of the credit card credit system and basic inquiries. This specialization provides in-depth study of the handling of home purchase loan business. In the business of handling home purchase loans, it is necessary to enter customer information, assist customers in preparing home purchase certificates, mortgage certificates, income certificates, property certificates and other materials, assist customers in signing contracts, and promptly remind customers to repay, etc.

Through this week’s internship, I found that in the process of handling housing loans, customers need to prepare various materials. Since the approval of housing loans is relatively strict, banks are responsible for customers and bank funds. It is safe and responsible, so customers must have all types of certificates complete, so as to save time and effort.

This week I basically systematically studied the two major businesses of the sales department. As a marketing major, I have never been exposed to such knowledge before. After studying, it will be very helpful for your career.
