1. Use mobile application to redeem: Download and install the mobile application launched by Bank of Communications, such as "Pay Now", log in to your personal account and enter the "Points Inquiry" page to check the points balance. Then search for "Instalment Mall", select the "Full Points" option, browse the products that can be redeemed with points, select the product you want to redeem, click "Buy Now", enter the delivery address and complete the points payment.
2. Redeem by phone: Cardholders can call the customer service hotline of Bank of Communications credit card or co-branded card customer service hotline, and follow the customer service staff’s instructions to redeem points. Provide the required personal information and information about the redeemed goods, and customer service staff will assist in completing the points redemption.
3. Redeem via fax: Cardholders can fill in the redemption application form and fax it to the Bank of Communications Credit Card Center. The exchange application form can be downloaded from the official website of Bank of Communications or obtained through the customer service phone. After filling out the application form, fax it to the designated fax number, and Bank of Communications customer service staff will process and complete the point redemption.
