Fashion Edition users: Log in to the Fashion Edition online banking, click "Transfer" -> "Single Transfer", and follow the prompts.

Classic version users: After logging in to personal online banking, click "Return to Classic Version" in the upper left corner of the page, click "Transfer and Remittance" -> "Single Transfer".

Warm reminder:

1. The payment account must be an account registered at an outlet (including: debit card, quasi-credit card and current settlement account, but current settlement accounts do not support inter-bank transfers ); If the "payment account" you selected is not among the options, you need to go to the counter for maintenance.

2. If the refund is caused by errors in the payee’s account number, account name, account opening bank, etc., the handling fee will not be refunded. Please check the payee information carefully and make sure it is filled in correctly.

3. A single transfer only supports RMB transactions and does not support foreign currency transactions. The transfer amount must be entered using half-width or English input method.

4. Agricultural Bank of China debit card supplementary card, military security card, and retirement pension special card cannot be used as payees.

If operating through mobile banking channels:

Enter personal mobile banking, click "Transfer" -> "Transfer" on the homepage, select or enter the payee information, select the payment account, and enter Transfer amount, select transfer method and follow the prompts.

Warm reminder:

1. The collection account does not support maintaining 27-digit corporate multi-level account accounts, our bank’s credit cards, retirement gold cards (card bin622828), military security cards (card bin620059), armed police security card (card bin621619) and personal checking account.

2. If the payee is an account in another bank, generally you only need to enter the payee, payee account number and receiving bank. If the receiving bank has not joined the super online banking system, after submitting the transfer information , the system will prompt you to enter the province, city and account opening outlet name. Just fill in the relevant information according to the system prompts.
