You can check the balance of your debit card through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "My Account" to display the registered account and number. An account balance. Click on the middle area of ??the account card you want to query. The page will jump to the account details and display sub-account information (including: RMB current sub-account balance, RMB fixed-term sub-account balance and foreign currency sub-account balance).

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Account→Bank Account→Debit Card", click "Show Balance" to display the available RMB balance, click " " in front of the account you want to query, and expand Display the sub-account balance and information under the debit card account.

3. WeChat: Please follow the "Agricultural Bank of China" WeChat official account, click "Micro Finance → My Account", log in and select the account for balance inquiry.

4. Self-service banking: Please bring your debit card and transaction password to self-service channels such as ATM machines or Agricultural Bank of China self-service terminals to check the balance of your debit card.

5. Customer service hotline: Please call our bank’s customer service hotline 95599 to check your debit card balance through telephone banking.

6. Counter: Please bring your valid ID and debit card to the counter of any branch nationwide to check the balance of your debit card.

You can check your credit card balance through the following channels:

1. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP, click "My Account → Credit Card", and click on the card you want to query. Enter the credit card details page to check the balance of your credit card account. If the "account balance" is a positive number, it means there is still a deposit in the RMB or foreign currency account; if it is a negative number, it means there is a balance in the RMB or foreign currency account.

2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking, click "Account→Bank Account→Credit Card", click " " in front of the account you want to query, and expand the account balance.

3. Customer service hotline: Please call the Agricultural Bank of China credit card 24-hour customer service hotline 4006695599 to check the credit card balance.

4. SMS: If you need to check the credit card balance via SMS, please edit "CCYECX# last four digits of the card number" and send it to 1069095599.

5. Counter: Please bring your valid ID and credit card to any Agricultural Bank of China branch nationwide for enquiry.
