Can credit card arrears increase the limit?
If there is no overdue repayment, you can apply for withdrawal.

For cardholders with good card records, we will increase the fixed amount from time to time. Cardholders can also apply to increase the fixed amount by themselves, and our bank will review their card usage such as consumption and repayment to determine whether to increase the fixed amount.

Application method: Log in to the credit card online bank and click Account Management → Account Limit Management → Quota Adjustment.

When your fixed quota can't meet the consumption demand, you can apply to our bank for a temporary quota, which will take effect immediately after approval. The temporary quota is valid for a certain period of time, and will be automatically restored to the original quota after the period expires. After the temporary line expires, the used temporary line (exceeding the fixed line) does not enjoy the convenience of revolving credit, and will be included in the minimum repayment amount of the latest bill, which must be paid off in one lump sum on the due repayment date.

Application route:

Please log in to credit card online banking and click Account Management → Account Limit Management → Temporary Limit Adjustment.
