CCB: If you withdraw cash overdraft, the cash withdrawal limit is 50% of your credit card limit, and each card can only withdraw up to 2,000 per day. And there are handling fees and interest for overdraft withdrawals. The handling fee is 0.5% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of 2 yuan and a maximum of 50 yuan. If you withdraw funds across banks, no additional inter-bank handling fees will be charged. (I have a card from China Construction Bank, so I know it better.)

Agricultural Bank of China: I don’t have a credit card from Agricultural Bank of China, so I went to their bank’s website to check it out.

In this comparison, CCB’s credit card is much cheaper, has no inter-bank handling fees, and has the highest cap, but Agricultural Bank of China’s credit card is not. So compare it yourself.
