Bank of China’s all-currency international chip card can only be used on the networks of international organizations outside China and in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. It does not support the UnionPay network. Merchants conduct transactions. Domestic cash withdrawals and transfers will not be affected.

It can support consumption by online merchants such as Amazon, and related transactions are cleared through the international organization network.
