1. For credit card Taobao refunds, you need to search in the bill details of the credit card. The following takes China Merchants Bank credit card as an example. The query steps are as follows:

1. First, install it in the application center Palm Life app, as shown in the picture below

2. Click on Palm Life and log in to the app with the number used to apply for a credit card

3. Click on Card Finance in the menu bar below

4. Click on the bill query

5. There will be an Alipay repayment information in the bill, as shown in the figure below

1 . If the seller does not open a credit card for high-value payment and the buyer uses a credit card to pay, the refund will be returned to the buyer's Alipay account balance.

2. If the refund to the original credit card fails, the money will be recharged to my Alipay account. I can check the balance of my Alipay account and then withdraw cash or continue shopping.
