Notes on the use of Bank of China credit card points:

1. Credit card points under the same customer’s name can be combined, but points under the name of different customers cannot be combined;

2. The main cardholder of the credit card can initiate a point redemption application independently. The supplementary card must be combined with the points of the main card and the main cardholder initiates a redemption application;

3. Bank of China A dynamic verification code will be sent to the mobile phone number reserved by the customer in Bank of China. Any correct input of the dynamic verification code to redeem points for gifts/services will be deemed as a point redemption completed by the customer himself;

4. Once the points are redeemed Success, unless otherwise specified, points cannot be canceled or refunded. Pictures of gifts/services and prizes are for reference only. The color, appearance, style, service content, etc. are subject to the actual products/actual services. The color of the gifts is randomly distributed. Points are redeemable. Electronic gift certificates or other vouchers for various commodities must be used within the validity period and will not be reissued, replaced, extended, refunded or exchanged for cash by Bank of China.
