In case of loss, theft or fraudulent use, please call the 24-hour customer service hotline 95508 of Guangfa Bank in time to apply for loss reporting, and the loss reporting will take effect immediately after the customer's identity is confirmed by Guangfa Bank.

After completing the application for loss reporting, the cardholder can apply for a new card immediately, and the new card will be sent to your mailing address. If the customer fails to handle the heavy card when reporting the loss, after the heavy card is restored, the customer can directly call customer service to cancel the loss reporting, which will take effect after confirmation by Guangfa Bank. When you report the loss of a card and apply for a replacement card, you must apply for a replacement card at the same time to get compensation.

Once the card is reported lost, the customer will bear the corresponding loss reporting fee and deduct money from the card.

Note: If the credit card is lost or stolen within 48 hours before reporting the loss, the customer can apply for compensation from the bank according to the functional rules and application process of CGB credit card loss. Please refer to CGB's credit card loss protection for details.
