According to national policies and regulations, cash can be withdrawn in the following two situations:
First, if the insured dies suddenly, his successor can withdraw all the money, principal and interest from his medical insurance card. If an heir participates in medical insurance, he can transfer it to his own medical insurance card by transfer.
Second, when the insured leaves the country, he must withdraw money from the account with the exit certificate and other materials. It is illegal to cash out or withdraw medical insurance cards by other means.
