You can select "My Bill" on the online banking page, and then select the account type, query currency and query month to query the bill details.
2. Customer service telephone inquiry
You can call the 24-hour customer service hotline of Minsheng Credit Card: 400-66-95568, and follow the voice prompts to inquire about the current bill and historical bill information. Or turn to manual service and ask the customer service representative for their billing information directly.
3. Query statement
Minsheng Bank will send a paper statement or an electronic bill to the cardholder after the bill date, clearly indicating the cardholder's bill amount, points and consumption details in this period.
4. Mobile banking
After you download and install the mobile client and register successfully, you can log in to the mobile banking to check the billing information. The operation is as follows: Click Invoiced to query the invoiced RMB/foreign currency bills and details of the last six issues, and click Unbilled to view the unbilled RMB/foreign currency bills of this period.
Note: before handling credit card business, cardholders need to register first. After registering and logging in, you can use the reserved mobile phone number+your own login password to log in to the mobile phone client to use various functions.
