Credit cards usually incur five kinds of fees:
The first type: annual fee. General banks will have corresponding reduction and exemption policies, such as point redemption, credit card frequency or quota;
The second type: cash withdrawal fee and interest. If you are in a hurry to use money, you can use your credit card to withdraw money at ATM or counter, and you will be charged at this time;
The third type: overdue handling fees and interest, which are charged without interest if not repaid in time;
The fourth type: the over-limit fee, for example, it is terrible if you accidentally maxed out the card;
The fifth type: card replacement fee for loss reporting. For example, if you accidentally lose your card, the cost of replacing it is indispensable.
I understand these expenses and hope that the landlord will use a credit card.
