I. Non-telephone and online card customers

Method 1:

Please use your mobile phone number registered with Guangfa Bank, edit the short message "KTK+ last four digits of card number+last four digits of ID number+last three digits of signature column on the back of the card" and send it to 95508 (please note that "+"is not needed, for example: KTK11222338).

2. Card opening method-calling card opening.

Dial 95508 from home phone or mobile phone, select the language, select "2" (card and password service is enabled), and then select "1" (credit card is enabled).

Then enter the relevant information according to the voice prompt to open the card.

Note: It is recommended to use your home phone or mobile phone reserved in Guangfa Bank to make a call, so as to set the withdrawal password synchronously.

3. Credit card opening method of Guangfa Bank-card opening.

Log in to the credit card center page of Guangfa Bank, click "Card Activation" at the top left, and enter relevant information according to the prompts. Enter the SMS verification code with the hand reserved when handling the card, and your card can be opened.

The second is telephone and online card customers.

Customers who handle the card by phone or online can only activate your card in person at Guangfa Bank outlets.
