If you use WeChat, Alipay or other third-party payment platforms to pay the deposit, the hotel will refund the deposit to your account in the same way when you check out. This way is generally seconds back.
If you pay the deposit in cash, the hotel will refund it to you on the spot when you check out.
No matter which method you use to pay the deposit, it is recommended that you ask the front desk about the deposit when you check out, and keep the relevant receipts or vouchers to solve the problem in time.
