There are two ways to set up automatic repayment by China Merchants Bank. We can set up automatic repayment in two ways, namely logging in to credit card online banking and clicking "Repayment Management" → "Automatic Repayment Settings". You can also set it up by phone. Call the credit card service hotline. After verifying your identity, press 3 to enter "Card opening and password, bill delivery method, automatic repayment settings", and then press 5 to enter "automatic repayment settings".
Monthly fixed-time deductions If you have set up the automatic repayment function of the all-in-one card, the all-in-one card is in your own name (the all-in-one card ID number and ID type must be consistent with the credit card) and there is sufficient current balance. China Merchants Bank will debit the All-in-One Card according to your settings (full amount or minimum) after 17:00 on the due date of repayment. You can check the transaction status of the All-in-One Card on that day after 22:00. If you choose the automatic repayment method and then repay through other channels, the system will deduct the shortfall (less than the minimum or less than the full amount) from the card on the final repayment date. If the balance of the automatic repayment account is insufficient, the system will deduct the balance of the debit account to "0" yuan, and will not automatically make additional deductions thereafter. You need to repay the amount to your credit card yourself. Warm reminder: Please do not deposit money into your credit card on the self-deduction date to avoid repeated deductions. Automatic debit SMS reminders are usually sent the next day after the payment is made. The setting takes effect the next day.
