1. Call the customer service hotline on the back of the credit card to reset the password. 2. If you forget your password, you can click Forgot Password and a page will pop up. If you entered the registered email address at that time, a password will be sent. If the email address you fill in is incorrect, you will also be prompted that the email address is incorrect.
