After check-in, you need to check all room rates when you check out. 1) The deposit fee shall be paid in cash upon check-in, and the check-out room fee shall be refunded more and supplemented less; 2) When you check in, you use a credit card as a deposit, and the amount will be refunded to the original credit card, so you need to pay the room fee separately.
3. After the actual departure, the online customer service will contact the hotel to review the actual check-in information. Upon confirmation of the real check-in, the credit card deposit at the time of booking will be unfrozen and returned to the credit card within 3-5 working days.
