If the car owner is still using the bank’s ETC service, the deposit cannot be refunded. As long as the deposit is higher than 500 yuan, for example, 501 yuan can be deducted from the toll of 300 yuan. However, if there is only 499 yuan in the card, tolls cannot be deducted. You must make up 500 yuan or more to deduct highway tolls normally. This is a means for banks to retain customers, but it makes customers feel uncomfortable.
How to apply for ETC
Go to the 206 business outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of China and China Construction Bank with your ID card, driving license and other documents
1. Currently, ETC equipment is mainly managed at provincial (municipal) highway management centers or authorized cooperative bank outlets. During the application process, you need to bring all relevant information and follow the procedures without any problems. It should be noted that the ETC pass is a real name and may be lost.
2. The ETC passport holder must be the owner. During use, it is necessary to ensure that the toll card and electronic label correspond to the contract vehicle one-to-one in order to operate normally on highways with electronic toll collection systems in networked areas. The car owner’s valid ID card, original and copy of driver’s license (non-car owners must bring the valid ID card of the person in charge), and the copy of the driver’s license must be copied and stamped with the latest verification page;
3. Credit card application form ( For binding, etc.)) can be guaranteed on the year, month and day. After getting the credit card, swipe the card twice with POS, and you can specify the network for free, equipped with ETC on-board equipment.
4. Installation of ETC signals
The installation of electronic signs must be carried out by staff at the loading and unloading point, and users are not allowed to install or remove them by themselves. If the electronic tag falls off or is disassembled, it will not work properly. Users must drive their vehicle to the customer service office for reinstallation, activation and testing. Therefore, it cannot disassemble itself. The electronic tag itself has the function of preventing disassembly. The windshields of some advanced imported cars can block the communication signal of the electronic tag, and the metal protective film may also interfere with the communication of the electronic tag. Therefore, when installing the electronic tag, the staff may need to cut off a small part of the film to ensure that the electronic tag signal is normal.
ETC recharge method
(1) Open the "City Service" in Alipay, and Alipay will automatically locate the current city.
(2) Then click "Car Owner Service", find the "ETC Service" column and click to enter.
(3) Then select the service type, such as "Zhejiang ETC Recharge" and "Shandong ETC Recharge".
(4) Select the recharge method, which can be recharged to the user account or to the card account. Fill in the user name, ID number, and recharge amount, submit the information, and complete the corresponding payment according to the prompts.
ETC invoicing method
(1) First register (fill in your mobile phone number, login password, and verification code).
(2) Then bind the ETC card (select I want to issue an invoice → add the card immediately → fill in the relevant information of the ETC card).
(3) Click to associate the invoice header → add the invoice header → fill in the header name, tax number, unit address, phone number, account opening bank, account number, etc., then select to associate the ETC card and click Add.
(4) Return to the homepage, select the ETC card you just bound in "I want to issue an invoice", then select the invoicing method (consumption ticket/recharge ticket), check the itinerary record that needs to be invoiced, and click "Go to Invoice" in the lower right corner.
(5) Fill in the address of the fuel tank that receives the invoice, and then click "Confirm Invoicing". After passing the review, the electronic invoice will be sent to the designated fuel tank and can be printed on the fuel tank.
