(1) Any individual who voluntarily abides by the Articles of Association of Great Wall Debit Card of Bank of China Co., Ltd. and meets the requirements for opening a personal bank settlement account may apply for a debit card by presenting his valid real-name registration system registration identity document as stipulated by the People's Bank of China.

(2) Mobile phone number is bound with optional debit card.

(3) If you are not a mobile customer, you can also apply for a debit card, but you will not be able to use this card for mobile industry applications.
