Under normal circumstances, if a credit card meets the conditions of automatic renewal, the system will automatically generate a new card about one month before the card expires (the main card and the auxiliary card will generate new cards respectively) and mail it to you according to your mailing address registered in BOC. If your address changes, please modify it in time. If the card renewal is unsuccessful or the card has expired, please call the customer service hotline 4006695566 to apply for it.
