If the information on the card is incorrect, or the card is damaged and the card cannot be swiped normally, you can call our customer service or go to an Agricultural Bank of China branch to apply for a damaged card replacement service.
If the card is damaged and cannot be used due to no fault of our bank, a replacement fee of RMB 10 will be charged for the damaged card (except for special cards such as platinum cards), and the fee will be deducted directly from your account.
If the magnetic stripe or chip of your credit card is damaged, you can replace the damaged card. After the card is damaged and replaced, the card number will remain unchanged and the validity period will be updated.
If the card is lost or stolen, please report the loss and replace it to avoid subsequent risks. After reporting the loss and replacing the card, the card number and validity period will be changed. After receiving the card, you need to go through the activation procedure again.
