China Construction Bank sets validity period for Longka credit card. After the expiration, the card can no longer be used, but the outstanding creditor-debtor relationship under its account is still valid. If the cardholder fails to change the card upon expiration, he shall notify the cardholder through the customer service telephone provided by China Construction Bank or other recognized forms one month before the card expires.

If the card can't be used for specific reasons, including but not limited to the termination of cooperation between CCB and cooperative units, credit card organizations or companies, CCB will issue other types of credit cards to cardholders according to their needs.

Organs, organizations, military units, enterprises, institutions and other organizations (hereinafter referred to as units) that open basic deposit account in domestic financial institutions may apply for unit cards with the basic deposit account account opening registration certificate and relevant supporting documents approved by the People's Bank of China. The cardholder of the unit card shall be designated in writing by the legal representative (person in charge) of the unit or its authorized agent.

All transactions of each cardholder are credited to the dual-currency credit card account of the company, and the company bears the repayment responsibility. The unit may apply to cancel the cardholder qualification or change the cardholder at any time.
