Open the mobile banking APP of ICBC, select Favorite-Credit Card-Installment Payment-Bill Installment after logging in, and then fill in the credit card number and password.

Individuals can dial the hotline 95588 of ICBC Customer Service Center with their mobile phones, and then transfer to the manual service according to the prompts, and apply to the staff for credit card installment repayment.
