1. You should apply for card replacement at any business institution of Bank of China Ningbo Branch with valid ID (consistent with the original application), and fill in the corresponding form according to the debit card replacement process.

2. Check the electronic cash balance of ICCD card. If the balance of electronic cash is not 0, execute the transaction of "transfer and withdrawal" and withdraw the balance of electronic cash to the debit card account (and inform the customer at the same time, lest the customer think that his electronic cash is gone after card replacement).

3. After checking your ID card, name, mobile phone number, address and other information, the teller at the outlet will execute the related card exchange transaction in the core system.

4. Fourteen working days later (you need to consult the outlets of the original card changing bank), bring the receipt and certificate to the outlets of the original card changing bank to collect the 5 1 service card, and activate the new card, set the password and deposit it on site.

5. After the card replacement is completed, send a leaflet to each customer, and be sure to introduce the functions such as the use and storage of electronic cash to customers. The above contents are for your reference. Please refer to the actual business regulations.
