1. Bank of China Personal Mobile Banking: Select Account Management-One-click Card Lock to report temporary loss; or click Report Loss and Replace Card to formally report the loss and Replenish the card.
2. BOC Colorful Life: Select the card loss report to handle temporary/formal loss report; if you need to replace the card after reporting the loss, you can click Card Replacement.
3. "Bank of China Credit Card" official account: Select Account Services - Customer Service? Consumer Protection? More - One-click card lock | Configure payment security lock to handle temporary loss report; or you can click to report loss and replace card officially. Report loss and replace cards.
4. Bank of China Personal Online Banking: Select bank account - Account Overview, select the credit card, click "Report Loss" or "Report Loss and Replace Card" to proceed with formal loss reporting and card replacement.
5. You can call the Bank of China credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 to handle temporary/formal loss reporting and card replacement.
Warm reminder:
1. The formal fee for reporting the loss of an activated credit card is 40 yuan per time; the handling fee is waived for platinum cards and above high-end cards, and some card types;
