The credit card needs to be activated before it can be used. You can choose the following methods for activation:
1. Self-service activation by phone: Use the home phone number or mobile phone reserved when applying for the card to call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 , just follow the voice prompts. Currently, only self-service activation of ID card-type accounts is supported.
2. Manual activation by phone: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 in person and transfer to manual service. After the information is verified, the card can be activated.
3. Counter activation: The cardholder brings the card and the ID used for application to the branch to activate.
4. Palm Bank activation: Log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "Credit Card → Settings → Card Activation".
5. Online banking activation: Log in to personal online banking and click "Credit Card → Settings" to activate.
