For activation, there are usually three ways to activate a credit card:

To activate through the counter of the bank where the credit card is located, I need to come forward and my original ID card and credit card;

Call the credit card service phone on the calling card to activate;

Log in to credit card online banking and activate online.

Service phone activation method:

Call the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the credit card, select the corresponding language, and enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password;

According to the voice prompt, select the card activation option under the menu of "Credit Card Activation and Password Management";

Enter the last 3 digits printed after the signature column on the back of the cardholder's credit card, and press # to confirm;

Enter the cardholder's home phone number, and then press # to confirm;

Enter 6 digits as the cardholder's transaction password and press # to confirm;

Enter the 6-digit transaction password again and press # to confirm;

The transaction password was set successfully.

Credit card online activation:

First, log on to the credit card online banking page of Bank of Communications and enter the cardholder's card number and inquiry password;

Please modify the query password in time after logging in;

After the initial password of the credit card is successfully modified, please log in to the online banking again;

After logging in for the second time, please click "Credit Card Activation" and enter the signature column on the back of the credit card according to the page prompts.

Last 3 digits and home phone number;

After the activation is successful, enter 6 digits as the transaction password according to the prompt;

If the "password confirmation transaction" function is not checked on the application form, the transaction mode can be changed to password+signature after the setting is completed.
