Hello, if you use China Merchants Bank credit card, the credit card will automatically expire after it expires. Our bank provides card replacement service when it expires, and the new card is valid for five years. One month before the expiration of the card (except the student version of YOUNG card), a card replacement SMS will be sent to inform the main cardholder. Subsequent new cards will be sent to the billing address of the main cardholder. By default, they will be sent by registered mail (within 15 days), and Platinum/Unlimited cards will be sent by courier. It is not possible to change the card directly at the branch.
