China Construction Bank Credit Card Cash Installment Terms Description

1. Cash installment refers to the business that the cardholder applies to China Construction Bank with his own Longka credit card to withdraw a small amount of funds and repay them in several installments on average. After the approval, the funds will be transferred to the cardholder's collection account, and the cardholder will repay the money every month within the agreed time limit and pay a certain handling fee.

2. Cash installment is limited to the application of the main cardholder of CCB Longka Credit Card (except business card).

3. The maximum amount of cash installment application shall not exceed the available credit limit of the cardholder, and the accumulated amount shall not exceed RMB 50,000. Cash installment cannot be used for overpayment and temporary limit.

4. The cardholder shall use the funds obtained by cash installment according to the purpose agreed with the Construction Bank, and shall not be used for buying and selling stocks, bonds and other capital market investments, making equity investments, borrowing funds from third parties, etc. If the cardholder uses the funds in violation of the agreement, it constitutes the cardholder's breach of contract. CCB has the right to terminate the cash installment business and require the cardholder to pay off the installment balance in one lump sum.

5. After the cardholder completes the transaction with cash installment funds, he shall properly keep the relevant consumption vouchers and provide them at any time according to the requirements of CCB. If the cardholder fails to submit or submit the materials within the specified time to prove that the cash installment funds are used for the agreed purposes, it constitutes a cardholder's breach of contract, and CCB has the right to terminate the cash installment in advance and require the cardholder to pay off the installment balance in one lump sum.
