If you have any objection to the transaction after receiving the bill, you can call the Bank of China customer service hotline 4006695566 for inquiries. If you need to review the purchase receipt (copy), domestic UnionPay has a time limit for this, so please be sure to call within 30 days after the bill date. If you do not raise any objection or repay within 30 days after the bill date, the transaction will be deemed to be accepted. For transactions that exceed 180 days, we will assist you in recourse to the acquirer, but you will be responsible for the relevant costs and possible economic losses.
