the method of notification is not specified in the treaty, that is, Ping An can be notified through various official channels, including bank outlets and customer service telephone numbers. Therefore, it is not necessary for Ping An Bank to update its ID card information at the counter.

Party B shall bear the responsibilities and losses caused by Party B's failure to change the information in time, and Party A has the right to take control measures on its account and stop handling business for customers. Party B can change the authorization and use scope of the address and location information of telecom operators by calling Party A's customer service telephone number.

when party b stops using the card, it shall promptly notify party a in writing or in other forms recognized by both parties to handle the cancellation procedures. the outstanding accounts of party b shall be deemed as all due from the date when party b notifies party a to stop using the card, and shall be paid off together.

party b continues to be responsible for the repayment of the outstanding accounts of the credit account and the interest and expenses incurred. If the cardholder fails to pay off the overdraft principal and interest and related expenses in full, Party A will not approve the cancellation of the account.
