If you don't have tax return information in BOC, you need to go to BOC outlets or pay attention to the supplementary tax return documents of the official account of "China Bank Credit Card" WeChat, and then activate the card.

If you are an old customer of BOC, after receiving the card, you can call 400 customer service hotline or activate the card directly through self-service channels such as colorful life APP. If you are an old customer of BOC, or apply for a credit card by other means, you can apply through Bank of China Mobile Banking, "China Bank Credit Card" WeChat official account, Colorful Life APP and online banking. If activated through the customer service hotline 4006695566, you need to use a credit card to reserve your mobile phone number.
