The exchange rate used by UnionPay is a relatively preferential exchange rate obtained based on multiple channels and market-oriented principles. The exchange rate displayed on this webpage is derived from the exchange rate in the UnionPay system and does not include any additional fees charged by the card issuer.

When withdrawing cash or spending money overseas with a China UnionPay card, it will automatically be converted according to the exchange rate published by UnionPay on that day.

1. The release and effectiveness of China UnionPay exchange rates are based on Beijing time. Please pay attention to the time when using it in areas with time differences from China.

2. There will be additional handling fees and interest for cash withdrawals by credit card. It is recommended to use a debit card for cash withdrawals and use a credit card for consumption to avoid unnecessary consumption.

The regulations of the Foreign Exchange Administration point out that starting from January 1, 2016, each UnionPay RMB card in China will be used overseas every year. The cumulative cash withdrawal shall not exceed the equivalent of RMB 100,000.
