Article 33: All transactions under the People's Republic of China and the State Units that open basic deposit accounts at domestic financial institutions can apply for unit cards. Article 67 If a cardholder violates the provisions of these Measures by renting or lending a credit card or its account, in addition to being ordered to make corrections, he or she will be fined 5 but not less than the amount incurred in renting or lending the account. A fine of RMB 1,000 will be imposed and his illegal gains will be confiscated.

Article 68 If a cardholder maliciously overdrafts, he or she shall be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.

Article 69: When accepting a credit card, a special unit shall handle it in accordance with the prescribed operating procedures. Otherwise, any financial losses caused shall be borne by it.
