Most credit cards used abroad require dual-currency cards. Dual-currency card refers to a bank card issued by many domestic banks with RMB and foreign currency settlement accounts, and with the logo of UnionPay and another international bank card organization.
All domestic bank cards, including savings cards and credit cards, can be used directly in Korea. Credit cards can be used in Korean department stores, duty-free shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, Doota at Dongdaemun, Myeongdong cosmetics stores and other places. Because China UnionPay cooperates with Korea BC Card Company, the largest merchant network company in Korea. So to go to Korea, you don't need to get another wild card, just bring some bank cards you usually use.
