Article 43 A customer who applies for the bank's credit card for the first time may not issue the card by automatic card issuance in the whole process. Credit card applicants should be strictly examined and risk prevention and control should be strengthened in the following circumstances: (1) leaving relevant suspicious information or criminal records in the identity information system; (2) There is no credit record in the credit information system; (3) Having a bad record in the credit information system; (four) there are many bank loans or credit card credit records in the credit information system; (5) Business travel cards and business shopping cards handled by the unit; (6) Risk information obtained from other channels.
Fortieth card-issuing banks should establish and improve the credit review system of credit card applicants, and clarify the management structure and internal control mechanism.
Article 41 The issuing bank shall conduct a credit investigation on the credit card applicant, fully verify and completely record the applicant's valid identity, financial status, consumption and credit records, and confirm that the applicant has a fixed job, a stable income source or a reliable repayment guarantee.
