If your card is broken or the magnetic stripe is damaged, please call the 24-hour customer service hotline of Guangfa Bank to apply for card replacement and pay the fee. If you need to provide emergency replacement service, you need to charge an emergency business card printing fee, and the new card can be collected within 1-3 working days.
