The requirement of suspending non-counters refers to six months from the second day of opening an account, not six months in any intermediate period after opening an account. For bank accounts that have been used for a period of time, if there is no transaction for 6 months, it will not be affected.
There are many ways to unblock a non-counter. You can enter the employee channel and select deposit, private deposit, account signing maintenance and private suspension of off-counter status maintenance.
Enter the menu of signing maintenance, private non-OTC status maintenance and drop-down function, and I can choose to resume non-OTC transactions.
