Swipe cards on UnionPay lines, settle in RMB, and repay in RMB; swipe cards on international lines, settle in U.S. dollars, and repay in U.S. dollars, or enable the credit card function to purchase foreign exchange and repay. Warm reminder: If you take the international route, your purchases will be settled in U.S. dollars (except credit cards in all currencies). Therefore, if the consumption amount is non-U.S. dollars, there will be an exchange fee between the two currencies (approximately 1.5% of the transaction amount). If the UnionPay line is used or the consumption amount is US dollars, there will be no foreign exchange settlement fee.
