2. Dial the Bank of Chengdu customer service hotline 96511 and follow the voice prompts to select the corresponding service, such as checking the repayment plan. Customer service staff will inquire and provide you with repayment plan information.

3. Go to any Bank of Chengdu branch to consult with the staff and check the repayment plan. You need to bring relevant documents (such as ID card, bank card, etc.) to verify your identity.

4. If the automatic repayment function has been set up, Bank of Chengdu will remind you of the repayment through text messages, emails, etc. before the repayment date.
