The credit card of CCB is phased. After the card is lost, it is suggested to report the loss first and repay it in full or in part according to the bill amount (to avoid overdue), and then reissue the card.

Loss reporting method:

1. Cardholders need to bring their ID cards directly to the bank outlets to report the loss.

2. Call the bank customer service to apply for loss reporting. If you find that your credit card is lost, you must call the 24-hour customer service hotline of China Construction Bank as soon as possible, explain the situation to the customer service staff, provide the basic information of the cardholder, apply for loss reporting and reissue a new card.

Bank staff will verify according to the cardholder's feedback, make a card and mail it to the cardholder's contact address.
