Credit card cash withdrawals are subject to handling fees and interest.

1. Cash withdrawal handling fee:

1) Domestic cash withdrawal handling fee: 2.5 of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of RMB 25 per transaction;

2) Overseas cash withdrawal handling fee: depends on the network used by the customer. If using the UnionPay network, the cash withdrawal handling fee is 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of RMB 40 per transaction; if using other networks such as MasterCard, the cash withdrawal fee is 3% of the cash withdrawal amount, with a minimum of RMB 40. $5/transaction is charged.

2. Cash withdrawal interest: Interest is calculated daily from the date of cash withdrawal at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and compound interest is calculated monthly.
