1. The following customers are temporarily not eligible for the provincial Conditions for number portability

1. New customers who join the network must be within 6 months from the month they join the network.

2. Customers with intra-provincial number portability within 6 months from the month when the number portability service takes effect or customers with in-provincial number portability services that have not yet taken effect (cannot apply for the next intra-provincial number portability service).

3. Customers with abnormal number status, arrears or restricted blacklists.

4. Customers who only activate data service functions (such as Sui e-Travel, netbooks, industry application cards, over-the-air recharge, smart gateway monitoring), family mobile phone customers, and customers with preferential community services such as CTD included in the package; non- Mobile phone number customers (such as TD wireless fixed-line, IMS services).

5. Customers with the following special services need to cancel the relevant services before handling them:
